Ingredients:

  1. 1 lt/2 pints water
  2. 100 gr/3.5 oz onion, finely chopped
  3. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  4. 150 gr/5 oz crab meat
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp pepper
  7. 1 tsp butter
  8. 2 tsp corn flour, mix with 4 tsp water
  9. 200 gr/2 oz canned asparagus, drained, finely sliced
  10. 1 egg, beaten

Note..

I got this recipe from indonesian woman magazine which I do not know when it was published. Infact I have just teared and kept it for years ;-) Due to practically reason this recipe has been modified. In original recipe stated, I shall use broth, in my practice I use normal water. And I also add garlic to satisfy my taste. The result is superb!! ;-)

Directions:

  1. Put the water in a deep saucepan and bring to boil.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a frying pan, stir fry the onion and garlic. Stirring all the time until fragrant.
  3. Add the crab meat, pepper and salt. Stir until the crab well cooked.
  4. Transfer the mixed crab to the deep saucepan. Add the asparagus.
  5. Pour in the beaten egg over it and stir quickly to scramble.
  6. Add the corn flour water and stir until thicken.
  7. Serve hot with baguette/French bread.
